Prof. Dr. Ahmet Fırat

1977 yılında Adana’da doğdum. İlk, orta ve lise eğitimimi Adana’da tamamladım. Üniversite eğitimime 1994 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi, Tıp Fakültesinde başlayıp, 2001 yılında mezun oldum.

Prof. Dr. Ahmet Fırat halen Etlik Şehir Hastanesinde Nöroloji-Ortopedi Hastanesi Başhekimi olarak görev yapmaktadır.

Prof. Dr. Ahmet Fırat

1977 yılında Adana’da doğdum. İlk, orta ve lise eğitimimi Adana’da tamamladım.

Üniversite eğitimime 1994 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi , Tıp Fakültesinde başlayıp, 2001 yılında mezun oldum. Aynı yıl TUS sınavını kazanarak Ankara Muhittin Ülker Acil Yardım ve travmatoloji, Eğitim ve Araştırma hastanesinde(Trafik Hasstanesi) Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji asistanlığıma başladım.

2004 yılında bu hastanenin kapanarak Ankara Atatürk Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi taşınması nedeniyle eğitimime bu hastane de devam ettim ve 2006 yılında Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Uzmanı olarak mezun oldum.

2007-2008 yıllarında Siirt Devlet Hastanesinde mecburi hizmetimi yaptım. 2008-2009 yılları arasında Şereflikoçhisar Devlet Hastamesinde Başhekim ve Uzman doktor olarak çalıştım. 2009-2010 yılları arasında Etlik eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde çalıştıktan sonra 2010-2011 yılları arasında Gelibolu Asker hastanesinde askerlik görevimi tamamladım.

2011-2012 yılları arasında Keçiören Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde görev yaptıktan sonra 2012 yılında yapılan sınavı kazanarak Ankara Atatürk Eğitim ve Araştırma hastanesinde Başasistanlık kadrosunda çalışmaya başladım.

2014 yılında dosya ve yapılan sözlü sınavı geçerek Doçent doktor ünvanını aldım. 2019 Şubat ayında Ankara Şehir Hastanesinin açılması sonrası bu hastanede Klinik İdari ve Eğitim sorumlusu olarak göreve başladım. Ağustos 2020 tarihinde Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi’nde Profesörlük kadrosuna atandım.

Bilkent Şehir Hastanesi, Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniği İdari ve Eğitim Sorumlusu olarak görev yaptım ve halen Etlik Şehir Hastanesinde Nöroloji-Ortopedi Hastanesi Başhekimi olarak çalışmaya devam etmekteyim. Evli ve iki çocuk babasıyım.
